What are RSS Feeds?
RSS feeds allow you to see when we have added new content; such as news articles or podcast files. You can get the latest files in one place, as soon as its published, without having to visit the website.
Feeds are also known as RSS. RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication'. In essence, the feeds themselves are just web pages, designed to be read by computers rather than people.
How do I start using feeds?
In general, the first thing you need is something called a news reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. The easiest way to get started is to use a browser-based news reader such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
Once you have chosen a news reader you need to subscribe to a RSS service. All of the RSS feeds on our website have an orange button on the left hand side.
What feeds are available?
We have a number of feeds currently active on the website:
| Latest News | This feed allows you to receive details of our latest news stories as they're added | |
| Podcasts | This feed allows you to keep up to date with our podcast files |
